We require a credit card on file for all bookings. Your credit card will not be charged without verbal or written notification.
We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. This also applies for same day bookings.
Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the full appointment fee. This fee cannot be billed to insurance providers.
For last minute illness/covid related issues restricting in-person attendance we will switch to a virtual visit to continue your care and to avoid a cancellation fee.
If you need to cancel an appointment between Saturday evening and Monday morning, please do so online.

Leo is originally from Sointula, and is excited to now have the opportunity to move back to the North Island with his family! After graduating from North Island Secondary School Leo went on to complete a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Victoria. After working in the field as a kinesiologist Leo went back to school to obtain a Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia.
Since completing his physical therapy certification, Leo has continued to pursue additional training so that he may provide his patient’s with the standard of care they deserve. To date, he has completed his level 3 examinations through the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, and continues to work towards his Advanced Diploma of Manual and Manipulative therapy. He has also completed training to provide intramuscular stimulation (IMS) through Foundations Health Education. In 2023 Leo completed Diane Lee’s Integrated Systems Model (ISM) mentorship which provides an even more thorough platform to both assess and treat patients.
Throughout his time at university, and while working in his respective fields, Leo also had the opportunity to gain invaluable experience working in a variety of settings. These include: Victoria Racquet Club Minor Hockey Association, Move Adapted Fitness, Special Olympics Victoria, and Volleyball Canada.
Leo believes every person requires different treatment strategy and that an individualized comprehensive assessment should guide all treatments. He uses manual therapy and exercise prescription to empower his clients to achieve their personal health and performance goals. He looks forward to working with the residents of the North Island and surrounding communities.

Kaitlyn Wilson

Kaitlyn grew up in Port McNeill and is excited to have returned after attending university. After
graduating from North Island Secondary School Kaitlyn attended the University of Alberta
where she completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology with a major in Physical Activity and Health.
Since completing her degree Kaitlyn has continued to complete additional training. To date she
has completed Jim Bilotta’s Soft Tissue Release course and obtained a Biomechanics Specialist
certification.
While attending university Kaitlyn also took part in a multitude of experiences that exposed her
to a variety of settings and learning opportunities. During this time, she worked with the
University of Alberta’s women’s hockey team, The Steadward Centre, University of Alberta’s
Varsity Health, and Acumen Clinic in Edmonton. Through these opportunities Kaitlyn has
worked with elite level athletes, individuals recovering from and preparing for joint
replacements and other surgeries, individuals living with impairment, workers rehabilitating
injuries and trying to return to their jobs, and people looking to improve their overall health
and fitness.
Kaitlyn believes that everybody deserves to feel supported on their health and fitness journeys.
She feels that ensuring individuals are getting comprehensive and unique treatment plans that
suit their personal goals, lifestyle, and abilities can empower the process that her clients are
going through. She looks forward to working with those on the North Island and surrounding
communities, and helping people to achieve their personal health and performance goals.
