After graduating from North Island Secondary School Leo went on to complete a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Victoria. After working in the field as a kinesiologist Leo went back to school to obtain a Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia.

Since completing his physical therapy certification, Leo has continued to pursue additional training so that he may provide his patient’s with the standard of care they deserve. To date, he has completed his level 3 examinations through the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, and continues to work towards his Advanced Diploma of Manual and Manipulative therapy. He has also completed training to provide intramuscular stimulation (IMS) through Foundations Health Education.
